Intersport was invited by multi-champion coach Bernardinho and Unilever to manage Rexona-AdeS women's volleyball team. Since then, the combination of the team’s technical excellence with the specialized marketing management resulted in one of the greatest cases of sports sponsorship in the country.

BERNARDINHO
I have followed Intersport`s work for years and observed its success and excellence in formatting and conducting events like “King and Queen of the Beach” and “Kings and Queens Challenge - BRA X USA”. In 2004 we decided to relocate Unilever Project to Rio de Janeiro in order to support sports in the city that would host the 2007 Pan American Games and were also submitting bids to host 2016 Olympic Games. At that time we needed a partner that would add knowledge and capability to the project. Intersport was chosen and with dedication, competence, transparency and a lot of creativity, helped us make our project a national reference. Its team has permanently met our expectations, demonstrating the absolute commitment that was expected from true partners.

Since 2005, I’ve been in the team and after so long I can say that Intersport has been playing a very important role in exposing the Unilever brand. In a professional and creative way the company seeks the involvement of all (athletes, coaching staff, fans and media), always with the goal of maximizing the return of our sponsors. Undoubtedly, this is one of the secrets that keep the project successful.
